I wish there were more restaurants with authentic Cuisine. I’ve been looking around the net and checking out a few local places, but it seems like you always find the same boring stuff. Why don’t restaurants add new things to the menu that are actually authentic ? Like try finding an Italian restaurant that serves Spaghetti Amatriciana or a Chinese restaurant that actually has Chinese food.
