Getting clean?

So, for the past 2-3 months, I’ve been smoking a lot. Lately, it had been about maybe 2-3 times a day. I’m 5’6" and about 186 lbs. I’m wanting to be cleaning by hopefully the 2nd week of January. I’m going to try an drink 2-3 cups of green tea everyday and once I get to college on the 9th, I’m going to start working out hopefully 4-5 times a week. Do you think it’s possible to get clean in that time frame? Any tips?
And in the long run, yes, it’s for drug tests for when I get a new job.
