A two week drug investigation has led to seven arrests at medical marijuana dispensaries in Walled Lake.
During the investigation, police say, an undercover cop was able to buy marijuana from both Bazonzoes on West Maple Road and A & N Apothecary on Walled Lake Boulevard.
Search warrants were executed Thursday by the Oakland County Narcotics Enforcement Team.
Police say three people, aged 21 to 61, were arrested and two pounds of marijuana and one pound of brownies were seized at A & N Apothecary. Those arrested have been released pending further investigation.
Four other men, aged 24 to 33, were arrested and five pounds of marijuana and two pounds of brownies were taken from Bazonzoes. All four are in the Oakland County Jail, according to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department.
Two homes also were searched and police found small amounts of marijuana.
Investigators will be submitting the case to the Oakland County Prosecutors Office which will determine if any charges will be filed.
I posted this as a warning to all Michigan residents. The local police and city officials are NOT following the voters will in Michigan and are busting dispensaries so be careful folks. The same thing happened in California when they opened their dispensaries and it’s still a dicey situation…..Ded…..;)
